Concept album based around H.A.A.R.P. (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program), an enormous battery of radio antennae in Alaska. Sample sources include recordings of H.A.A.R.P. radio waves (Track 9 was recorded in San Jose, California, about 5000 miles from the transmitter in Gakona
The standard edition comes packaged in a clear embossed DVD jewel box.
The special edition is limited to 100 copies and comes in a special handnumbered triangular metal box. Included is a 2-sided triangular info sheet.

Release Info:
Based on a US military project referred to as HAARP [High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program] near Gakona, Alaska, the material is composed of extended structures that usually evolve from and into pulsating frequency patterns and deep enveloping patterns of noise.
Crisp production and a subtle use of the stereo spectrum throughout.
